JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter had gone for learning sewing on 18.1.2015 but when she did not return , the informant made her search and learnt from the villagers that the accused persons including this petitioner had kidnapped the daughter of the informant for marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and the informant that the petitioner and the victim are ready to live as husband and wife.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

No.29236 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 32/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
