"For a direction to the respondents Authorities for released of a Motorcycle Passion Pro bearing registration No. BR 31AE6765 in favour of the petitioner which is seized by Respondent no.4 in connection with Sonepur Police Station Case No. 411/2019 for the offence under section 30(a), Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. The petitioner is bonafide registered owner of Motorcycle Passion Pro, which has been seized on 13.06.2019 subsequent by the respondent no.4."
