2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 333, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant along with police personnel came to village- Kolhua for investigation and enquiry. In the meantime, the petitioner and her husband along with 15-20 unknown villagers armed with weapons came and attacked over the police team due to which, they sustained injury.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. She has committed no offence. There is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53727 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act of assaulting against her. He further submitted that from the perusal of the injury report, it appears that the injury is simple in nature and annexed as annexure-2 with this petition. She is languishing in judicial custody since 20.05.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody as well as being a lady, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023.
