Petitioner was apprehended along with a motorcycle which happens to be stolen one and in the aforesaid background, is under custody since 02.07.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Suraj Kumar Mishra @ Suraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each subject to condition that one of the bailors should be a government servant in the background of criminal antecedent so detailed under Para-3 of the petition in order to prevent the petitioner in getting his involvement subsequently, who will file
