JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Suman Kumar Jha, learned AC to AAG-3 for the State. Petitioner in the present case is seeking following reliefs:- "a. Direct the Respondents to produce the seized Fluanxol products mentioned at Serial No. XI of the Seizure Memo dated 19.07.2021 at 15:40 before the concerned Magistrate.
b. Direct the respondents to allow the Petitioner to access the seized Fluanxol products mentioned at Serial No. XI of the Seizure Memo dated 19.07.2021 at 15:40 for obtaining random samples therefrom and check the veracity of the said products.

Having regard to the developments wherein this Court has been informed today that duly constituted departmental proceeding has been initiated against the erring officials which will be taken to a logical end in accordance with the service rules, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has already lived its utility.
This application is, thus, disposed of as having become infructuous.
