2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that processes under Sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been issued and he has been informed that petitioner has filed regular bail application before the learned District Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, learned District Court is directed to considering the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day he surrenders and pass order on the basis of evidences collected in course of investigation.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
