Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioners are of recovery of 130 liters of country made liquor besides the north boundary of a house.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners, but the said liquor was recovered beside the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65801 of 2018(2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 north boundary of Atul Verma house. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 03.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018.
