The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case no. 151 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 435, 427, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.63624 of 2021(3) dt.23-08-2022 2/3 As per allegation in the FIR, while the informant being the president of Vakil Sangh was trying to pacify the matter, he was surrounded by the accused persons and Mina Devi and Chandani assaulted him by iron rod. They have also hurled acid bomb and petrol bottle upon him. It is further alleged that the accused persons destroyed the property of vakalatkhana and fled away.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Several injured persons have received simple injuries caused by hard and blunt substance. No specific allegation of overt act is levelled against the petitioners. . They have got no criminal antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Town P.S. Case no. 151 of 2020, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63624 of 2021(3) dt.23-08-2022 3/3 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
