JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner second Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) from 10.04.2011 and to pay all consequential monetary benefits from the said date."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18491 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 2 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
