Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 28.02.2022 in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019, F.I.R. dated 06.07.2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons have in furtherance of their common intention committed the dowry death of the daughter of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53005 of 2022(4) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and the allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Vide order dated 17.02.2023, a report was called for with regard to the stage of the trial. Report of the learned Trial Court dated 22.02.2023 reveals that out of six witnesses, three witnesses have been examined.

Considering the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class (West), Muzaffarpur. Prayer is refused.

However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Nitesh/- U T
