JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.06.2013 passed by the respondent-District Magistratecum-Collector, Madhubani in Supply Case No. 84/2012-13 whereby and whereunder the learned District Magistrate has been pleased to keep the appeal pending and has not passed any order restoring the PDS licence of the petitioner; and to restore the PDS licence No. 63/2007 of the petitioner which has been cancelled by the respondentSub Divisional Officer, Phulparas vide memo no. 158 dated 23.09.2012.

2. At the very outset learned counsel for the respondent invites reference to the order dated 17.09.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Madhubani (Annexure-G to the supplementary counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.8230 of 2014 dt.03-10-2018 affidavit) by which the impugned order dated 23.09.2012 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Phulparas has been cancelled and the PDS shop in question restored to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the aforesaid statement and submits that the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed.
