ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.18606 of 2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to give a suitable representation to the Vice Chancellor of the University for redressal of his grievance and the respondent University may be directed to pass necessary orders on the said respondent by fixing a time frame.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf fo the respondent University states that in case the petitioner makes any representation, the same shall be considered and necessary orders passed in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the

3/4 petitioner to make a suitable representation to the Vice Chancellor of the University within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being received, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders. In case the claim of the petitioner is found go be genuine, the authority shall endeavour to make the necessary payments as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation. In case the authorities are of the view that the claim of the petitioner is liable to be rejected either in toto or partially, they shall pass a reasoned order giving the reasons for such rejection.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. In case the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, the petitioner is free to agitate his rights before this Court by way of a separate writ petition.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
