2 Writ petition has been filed by the son of deceasedConstable late Dev Nandan Singh. It is submitted that certain dues on account of salary and pension/family pension payable to him as well as petitioner's mother have not been processed/considered by the authorities in spite of the fact that the petitioner has moved the authorities by filing a representation on 14.03.2005. 3 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State, referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit that no records are available in the Patna District Police in relation to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.268 of 2015 dt.08-01-2019 2/2 stale claim of the petitioner. However, in paragraph 6, statement has been made that on the basis of petitioner's representation, the Deputy Inspector General (Personnel), Bihar, Patna vide Police HQ Memo No 3880/P-2 dated 08.04.2004, has sent a letter to the Deputy Superintendent of Police (for brevity, Dy S P) (Headquarters), Transport, Bihar, Patna.

4 Since the matter is being looked into by the authorities, no further orders need to be passed in the instant writ proceedings. The petitioner may pursue his claim before the Dy S P (Headquarters), Transport, Bihar, Patna 5 Writ petition stands disposed of.
