The petitioner's claim is that his father was working as Adeshpal in Vidyasagar Smarak Sanskrit Uch Vidyalaya, Karnagarh, Campanagar, Nathnagar, Bhagalpur, approved by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

From the averments made in the writ petition it appears that father of the petitioner was working in the school under the control of the Managing Committee and as such the Court is not in a position to grant any relief to the petitioner. 4.
However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the school in question where his father was working as Adeshpal and died in harness. In case such application is filed, the Managing Committee of the school will consider the same sympathetically.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
