The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397/353/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of robbing the police officer. The name of the petitioner surfaced on confession of co-accused Mukesh Yadav.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28393 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 549 of 2013, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
