The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he made firing to the informant and his son.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

For the alleged occurrence of 06.10.2022, F.I.R was registered on 09.10.2022 without explaining the delay. The informant is present Mukhiya and the petitioner is in the opposite faction. The witnesses who have been examined during the course of investigation have stated that injury was caused on account of lower iron part of crutches (baisakhi). The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.05.2023. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case
