2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for directing the respondents authorities to issue appointment letter for conducting re-medical examination of petitioner to the post of Constable (GD) CPMF for the year 2011-12.
3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the advertisement is for the year 2011-12 and
Patna High Court CWJC No.2090 of 2017(7) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 during pendency of the writ application, 13 years have already lapsed and the petitioner has crossed the eligibility criteria.
