By an order dated 25.02.2013, the Director Consolidation, Bihar had passed certain orders in Consolidation Revision Case No. 285 of 2011 for correction in the consolidation records in respect of the lands mentioned in the said order.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the said order of the Director Consolidation is not being carried out by the revenue authorities.

Let petitioner approach the Public Grievance

Patna High Court CWJC No.15769 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 Redressal Officer under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 for the relief which the petitioner is seeking. If he makes such application within one month from today, the Court expects that his application is disposed of expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of making of the application.
