JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners want to renew their prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 08.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6734 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner no. 1 is a lady and petitioner no. 2 is her son and both are suffering in custody since 08.12.2015, there is no specific allegation and as such they deserve sympathetic consideration to which the learned APP opposes by submitting that both have killed the husband of the informant.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioners, again their prayer for bail stands rejected in Sessions Trial No. 353 of 2016 pending in the court of learned 2nd

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49319 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran. However, considering the detention of the petitioners, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioners, if at no fault, may renew their prayer of bail.
