1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

This Special Leave Application has been filed, under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against the Judgment dated 06.12.2016 passed in Complaint Case No. 1183(C) of 2010, Trial No. 883 of 2016 by the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Supaul, whereby and whereunder, respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 have been acquitted for the charges under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On going through the impugned Judgment, it appears that the learned trial court has discussed the evidence in relating to charges levelled against the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, in paragraphs 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the impugned Judgment and arrived at conclusion that prosecution has not succeeded to prove the charges under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. I find no any reason to entertain the present Special Leave Application and, accordingly, this application is dismissed.
