In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 16 of 20019, registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 354(B), 120-B and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant.
