05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Arpana Kumari, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of private opposite party.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 592 of 2010, which stood dismissed due to non-prosecution alongwith C.W.J.C. No. 16995 of 2009 on 05-05-2015. It has been indicated that due to illness, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to appear on the date. After hearing the parties and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 592 of 2010 be restored to its original file.
