JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and prays for regular bail.
