The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 30(ka)/56(kha) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 59.4 liters of foreign wine was recovered from the Tata Indica vehicle near Nuaon-Laheri canal road.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 09.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64226 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No.20 of 2018.
