Md. Mushtaque Alam ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-01-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307/34 of the IPC and added Section 306 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution story, on 11.05.2024, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner, poured kerosene oil on the deceased and set her on fire, over a property partition dispute.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that husband of the deceased himself, has not supported the prosecution case. Her husband, Pradip Ram has been examined as PW-1. He has stated in his statement that his wife

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58220 of 2025(6) dt.12-01-2026 2/2 (the deceased) was a quarrelsome lady. Learned counsel has further submitted that the peititoner is a lady having clean antecedent and is under custody since 08.05.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
