Petitioner seeks bail in Kowakol ( Rupo) P.S.Case No. 192 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26, of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one loaded country made pistol and sixteen live cartridges including two misfired and one empty has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 07.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62598 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2022 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakol ( Rupo) P. S. Case No. 192 of 2021.
