One country made pistol and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as the motorcycle is concerned, it is submitted that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to co-accused Akshay Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by the lower court.
