The petitioner seeks bail in Konch P.S. Case No.105 of 2019, registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim returned and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she has got love affair with the petitioner and the petitioner took her from her house to Patna and kept her in the house of his relative. The parents of the victim also reached there. The victim did not make any allegation of ill treatment at the hands of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 30.03.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about eight months, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.
