The petitioner, who is the husband of the complainant, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.841C of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 406 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever misunderstanding has occurred, the petitioner is now willing to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and that that there shall be no recurrence of any such occurrence, as alleged.

No.27397 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and the bona fide offer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Complaint Case No.841C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
