ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 22-04-2025 Learned Counsel Mr. Binay Kumar Pandey submits that he has already handed over the file to the petitioner two years back, but he is present today due to the reason that his name is appearing in the cause list.

2. Upon perusal of the records, it transpires that vide order no.4 dated 20.03.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3240 of 2017(5) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 petitioner.

3. In the light of the submissions made by Mr. Binay Kumar Pandey, Advocate that he has already provided no objection to the petitioner and he has not taken any steps to defend this case. Therefore, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner has lost interest in this case. As such, this writ petition is hereby dismissed due to non prosecution.
