The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-304(B), 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on non-fulfillment of the illegal demand of dowry, the petitioner who is husband of the deceased, killed her along with other in-laws.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased and so, he is much more responsible to take care of the deceased. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to release him on bail and,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51648 of 2016 (4) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 584 of 2016 stands rejected.
