JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 385, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant by means of hockey sticks and iron rod by co-accused Manager Rai @ Manager Prasad.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that specific allegation of assault is against coaccused Manager Rai @ Manager Prasad whose bail was earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63013 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 rejected by this Court and no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against him and he has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 416 of 2020, G.R. No.4263 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
