JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 29-07-2015 In view of the reasons mentioned in the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel, we direct that in the cause title in LPA No.514 of 2014, in place of 2nd respondent, i.e. Sukhdev Pandit, it shall be written as Shivnandan Pandit, who died leaving behind his heirs and legal representatives, namely 2(a) Ganesh Pandit, 2(b) Mundrika Pandit, 2 (c) Rameshwar Pandit and 2(d) Kamlesh Pandit. Further, respondent 2(b)
Patna High Court MJC No.1493 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Mundrika Pandit also died leaving behind his heirs and legal representatives, namely 2b(i) Basanti Devi, 2(b) (ii) Umesh Kumar, 2(b) (iii) Amit Raj, 2(b) (iv) Santosh Kumar and 2(b) (v) Mukesh Raj.
The MJC stands disposed of.
