JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Narendra Kumar Singh, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1711 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.9937 of 2021(4) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner no. 2, Geeta Devi has filed a complaint petition against the present complainant as Complaint Case No. 1310 of 2019, in which cognizance has been taken. The cognizance was challenged in revision and from the Revisional Court, it was also confirmed, vide order dated 17.02.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya in Cr. Revision No. 7/2020. The present complaint petition has been filed in retaliation of the earlier complaint petition filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1711 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
