Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015 registered under Sections- 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no occurrence as alleged took place. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. There is no material against the petitioner except the confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
