The petitioner seeks bail in Delha P.S. Case No. 159/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 401, 457, 380, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. It is alleged that two iron rods, one iron Hexa Blade and mobile were recovered from possession of petitioner. Seizure-list is part of F.I.R., from which it appears that aforesaid articles have been recovered from Dhania Bagicha near Mahadev Sthan. Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65564 of 2018 (2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate VIIth, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 159/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
