JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as per the FIR is that the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant after two years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died after eight years of the marriage and the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six
