Petitioner has been arrested on the pretext of possessing twelve litre of countrymade liquor and for that is under custody since 29.08.2016. As per para-3 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Lalbabu Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sahodara P.S.
