The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.105 of 2022 registered under Sections 376, 605 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner (who is a lady) is innocent and has committed no offence. The F.I.R. has been lodged after thirteen days of the alleged occurrence. The specific allegation is made against coaccused Ajay Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

No.52555 of 2022(5) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S.
