The petitioners seek bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 379, 511, 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioners and others and from the possession of Md. Saleem, arms and ammunitions were recovered, and from the possession of Md. Shahid and Md. Saheb, only Nokia and Macromax mobiles were recovered. No arms and ammunitions was recovered from the possession of the petitioners and the petitioners are in jail since 01.09.2014.
