2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is an aspirants for the post of Constable and wants this Court to issue a direction for consideration of his case, this Court would refuse to do so on the ground that such advertisement was issued in the year 2004 and thereafter at least three times of advertisement has been published for appointment on the post of Constables and the appointment process have also been completed in terms of those three rounds of advertisement.

3. That being so, this writ application is wholly misconceived and ill-advised and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Sujit/- U
