JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sono P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 498 (A), 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is of subjecting to torture with cruelty to the informant and demanded Rs. 5 lacs as dowry and also tried to kill her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that still he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and moreover, he is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64755 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 in custody since 08.06.2018 and charge sheet has been submitted. Heard learned A.P.P, who opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, -1st , Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
