JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner being an agent took contract for preparation of Aadhar Card, alleged to have taken Rs.30/- each from six persons for preparing the same.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment. In fact, the contract was given to one Amit Raj and the petitioner was employed by Amit Raj.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35507 of 2015 (3) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No.131 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
