The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he caught hold of the informant when protest was made the informant was abused and assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only two abrasion on left hand no injury has been found to the informant. In fact, the informant's family wanted to perform marriage of the informant with the petitioner when negotiation failed, the present case has been lodged. A statement has been

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.222 of 2015, pending before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
