2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 279, 337, 341, 323, 307, 324, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event the injuries sustained by the informant' son and grand-son were simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Other similarly situated coaccused persons namely Ramakant Yadav, Shambhu Yadav and Raju Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38601 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Misc. No. 30795 of 2016. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP refers to paras 27 and 28 of the case diary which contained injury reports of Sonu Yadav and Narad Yadav disclosing the injuries to be simple in nature.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 22.09.2016 by this Court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan is hereby confirmed subject to the conditions as laid down in the aforesaid order dated 22.09.2016.
