2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and 17 CLA Act registered in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2007.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as evident from the fardbeyan itself where his name is clearly a subsequent insertion.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Anticipatory bail petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27543 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 stands dismissed.
