The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 dated 11.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332, 337, 504 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have misbehaved and manhandled the government staff who were involved in removing encroachment in the area. One of the co-accused persons having similar allegation has been granted anticipatory bail. In view of the fact that nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioners and that the

No.66448 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 petitioners do not bear any criminal antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
