The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chowk Thana P.S. Case No.85 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 368 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application. It is also submitted that the son of the informant did not work in the hotel of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62644 of 2021(3) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that the victim is still traceless.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
