The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 07.05.2010 by which the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar has not taken cognizance against the private Opposite Parties in C.A. Case No. 3540 of 2009.

Having gone through the records of the case, I find that it was for good reasons that the cognizance was not taken as against the private Opposite Parties. Hence, the application is dismissed.
