The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were protested with regard to the meeting being conducted and the protest was in a peaceful manner. However, the allegation made above is false, preventing Government servant for performing his duty.

Having considered the overall aspects as noticed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9781 of 2021(4) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 the order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, I am inclined to allow anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
